ok222 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and ok222 ("ok222", "we", "us", "the Platform"). Each individual may hold only one active account on ok222. Registering more than one account — regardless of the email address, phone number, device or payment method used — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address and valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. ok222 is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ok222 account credentials. This means:

General bonus rules that apply to all ok222 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

• Palpable errors: If odds are offered in clear error (e.g. a decimal odds of 1,000 for a strong favourite due to a technical fault), ok222 reserves the right to void affected bets. This right will be applied narrowly and transparently — not routinely to simply reverse losing bets from ok222's perspective.
• Event cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled before its natural conclusion, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules for that sport. In most cases, where no result has been determined, stakes are returned.
• Live betting: In-play bets are subject to a brief confirmation delay. During this time, ok222 may update the odds. If odds change materially between your click and confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel.
• Result disputes: Official results from the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for cricket, ESL for esports) are used for settlement. ok222's trading team decision on settlement is final once results are confirmed.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ok222. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to access ok222 or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of a bet or manipulate odds.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or system failures for financial gain.
• Depositing funds using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are fraudulently obtained.
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider.
• Using VPN or proxy services to disguise your location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Using ok222 for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Sharing your account with or playing on behalf of another person.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing ok222 staff or other players in any communication channel.

ok222 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where prohibited conduct involves potential criminal activity, ok222 will preserve and share all relevant account data, transaction records and communication logs as legally required.

ok222 may suspend or close your account at any time if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We receive a request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity.
• Your account fails identity or age verification.
• You request self-exclusion under our responsible gaming policy.

If your account is closed for breach of Terms, any balance associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player fault — for example, if ok222 exits a particular market — all confirmed player funds will be returned in full within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your ok222 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any open bets will be settled normally and any remaining balance returned to you via your last used withdrawal method.

The version of these Terms that was in effect when a bet was placed governs the settlement of that bet. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, ok222 will advise on available external dispute resolution options.
